岗位职责：
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1、Ensure the development, implementation and reconciliation of comprehensive marketing programs
2、Plan, organize, lead and control public relations efforts for the facility
3、Develop, monitor and evaluate annual marketing budget; set and manage achievement of department objectives
4、Negotiate advertising and media-related sponsorship agreements
5、Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns which include TV, radio, print, social and digital marketing in an effort to ultimately drive sales and increase brand affinity
6、Identify local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) developing close relationships with them leading to increased exposure for the venue and it’s events
7、Develop the social media presence of the Sports Park across multiple relevant platforms
8、Support the development, maintenance and coordination of advertising/sponsorship activations
9、Maintains consistent oversight and awareness of campaign results and proactively take corrective action, as needed, to optimize results
10、Analyze challenges, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and make decisions in support of organizational objectives
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1、Develop, direct, coordinate and review the strategic plan for providing marketing services
2、Establish and maintain positive, cooperative relationship with contacts and co-workers
3、Explore non-traditional marketing opportunities for the facility and its events
4、Create, prepare and implement advertising and promotional plans for booked events
5、Recruit, interview, select, train motivate and evaluate staff; provide or coordinate staff training; work with employees to correct deficiencies; implement discipline and termination procedures
6、Mentor staff in the department to assist in their development
7、Negotiate and maintain promotional activities with corporate partners
8、Plan and negotiate all paid TV, radio, print and outdoor advertising for various marketing campaigns
9、Communicate daily with media partners, promoters and entertainment agencies to maintain cooperative, positive relationships
10、Track, analyze and compare event promotion information
11、Develop collateral, including fliers, newsletters, websites, posters, postcards, social media promotions and email blasts
12、Manage day-to-day promotions and event activities
13、Manage social media platforms and website for the facility
14、Secure advertising deals and oversee implementation
15、Maintain and monitor a solid media relations program, including the creation of media releases and the coordination of interviews and media requests for information on the event, facility or staff
16、Develop, edit and issue press releases
17、Create marketing plans for events being promoted at the facility in conjunction with a promoter or on behalf of the facility

任职要求：
1、Minimum of 7 years of increasingly responsible experience in PR, promotions or marketing, preferably with a sports facility, convention center, performing arts facility or other multi-purpose public assembly facility
2、At least 3 years of direct supervisory experience
3、Fluent spoken and written Mandarin and English; Cantonese and Chaozhou dialect are assets.
4、Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in marketing, public relations, business administration or other related field. MBA an asset.
5、Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and graphic design, website design, and social media
6、Familiarity with publishing software such as Microsoft Publisher, Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
7、A customer and service oriented individual who can also balance their responsibilities to bring discipline, structure and process to the organization.
