2. Responsible for assisting the General Manager in the running of the hotel by undertaking the overall direction and operations of all food and beverage outlets in thehotel and for ensuring the effective co-ordination of activities between them.Accountable for the achievement of the overall goals and objectives of theF&B Division and for the hotel meeting its F&B financial and guestsatisfaction objectives

制定并管理餐饮部的预算，开展促销活动。增加销售额，控制成本及提高利润

3. Directsand controls all subordinate Food and Beverage staff to ensure that allday-to-day operational matters are handled on time and guests expectations aremet
监督和指导员工的日常工作，确保日常运作能够正确处理的同时又能够满足客人的需要和要求

4. Contributesto the morale and team spirit of the hotel by building and maintaining supportive and effective relationships with colleagues and associates,instilling confidence and demonstrating “chemistry” with key constituents
与员工和同事间建立良好的合作关系，形成良好的团队精神和士气，使其充分认识到自己是酒店的一份子，从而为酒店做出尽可能多的贡献

5. Maintainsan efficient administration within the Food and Beverage division preparing andsubmitting operational reports on time
维持有效的餐饮行政工作，并且能够及时对营运情况做出报告

6. Ensuresthat the standards of Food and Beverage meet or exceed expectations byoverseeing the quality, consistency and presentation in all outlets and makingsure that they conform to the hotel’s requisites at all times

7. Prepares,communicates and implements, in conjunction with the Executive Chef, an annualFood and Beverage promotion for all restaurants and assists Sales &Marketing in designing the advertising material for such promotions
与行政总厨针针对当地特色，协助销售部对餐厅的餐饮做出相应的促销计划
