1. To develop andfoster a positive image and relationship between the hotel and the public,vendor, suppliers, guest, clients and community.

2. Assist in drawingup the Marketing and Communications Plan annually with the DOSM. (Includesection on Marketing Plan and Advertising Plan)
协助销售总监制定市场传媒部年度工作计划，包括市场计划与广告计划。
3. Draws up the Marketingand Communications Action Plan and Advertising Plan annually.
制定市场传媒行动计划与年度广告行动计划。
4. Maintains a recordon former, current and existing clients (Mailing list).
记录下以前、现在及未来客户的历史及客户档案并建立详细名录。
 
5. Organizes recordvisits by Professionals persons of the media, journalists and members of thetrade to the hotel.
组织专业的媒体、记者及合作伙伴对酒店进行访问并为酒店进行有效的报道。
6. Design anddistribute the monthly Newsletter and other advertising.
收集并设计酒店月度咨询及广告，向外发放。
7. Attends allofficial functions and social events as a representative of the hotel.
作为酒店代表出席各类官方会议及社交活动。
8. Ensures that allstationery and printed items are standardized and conforms to the standards.

9. Closely observesmatters pertaining to public relations activities of the hotel and other hotels(Competitors) on a regular basis.

10. Sets inconjunction with the Management, the Marketing and Communications strategy ofthe hotel.

11. Take photographsand prepares news releases of events undertaken by the hotel.

12. The Marketing& Communications Manager maintains contacts with professional people,members of the press and media and any other persons who are clients or potentialclients of the hotel.
保持并确立与酒店内部、公众、供应商、客户及社会团体等的联络。
