KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

主要职责

1Analyze training needs of the hotel in general and individual departments, and develop strategies which address needs, presenting in the form of a Training Business Plan for the General Manager and Executive Committee for review

分析酒店整体的和各部门的培训需求,针对需求制定策略,用培训业务计划书的形式呈交给总经理和行政委员会审阅。


2Familiarize yourself with the  Training Standards, localizing where necessary

使自己了解酒店培训的规范,必要之处进行本地化处理。


3、 Ensure effective training programs are in place for the following:

确保在以下方面有效的执行培训计划:

1) New Employee Orientation

新员工入职

2) Train the Trainer

培训培训师

3) Customer Service Training

宾客服务培训

4) Technical job specific training (through certification of departmental standards and procedures)

技术性职位的专门培训(部门规范程序证书)

5) Supervisory Skills Training

监督管理技能培训

6) Management Development

管理层发展

7) Fire, Life and Safety Training

消防和生命安全培训

8) Selling Skills   

销售技巧

9) Employee retraining

员工再培训


  • 4、 Monitor the progress of the Training Business Plan for each department tot ensure that the training objectives are being achieved
  1. 监督每个部门培训业务计划的进展,确保实现培训目标。


  2. 5、 Maintains all hotel training records

  3. 保存酒店全部的培训记录。


  4. 6、 Establish a training library of books, videos, journals and audio visual materials to assist trainers in their training programs and for staff personal development

  5. 建立培训图书馆,配备书籍,录像,记录和视听资料来协助培训师的培训计划以及员工的个人发展。


7、 Design, produce and implement training programmes which meet specific departmental needs in conjunction with Department Heads, ensuring that training session plans are structured and that training is effective

与部门领导一起设计、制定和执行能够符合具体的部门要求的培训计划,确保培训课程方案的制定,以及培训的有效性。


8、 Attend departmental training session and critique performance

参加部门的培训课程,评估表现。

 

9、 Assist Department Trainers in preparing and conducting departmental training and assess accordingly

协助部门培训师准备和进行部门培训并进行评估。


10Prepare and monitor training programs for:

制定和监督为以下人员提供的培训项目:

1) Management Trainees

2) Work Experience

实习生

3) Hotel School Trainees, etc

  • 11Obtain a network of specialist training professionals who can assist with the conduct of training programmes for advanced or specialist training
  • 与能够协助提供高级或专业培训的专业人士取得联系。


  • 12、Ensure that Department Heads abide by their responsibilities of employee training against departmental SOPs

  • 确保部门领导遵守自己的职责为员工提供有关部门规范程序的培训。


  • 13、Liaise with other Training Managers to share experiences and resources

14、Liaise with educational institutions conducting hospitality and training courses同从事旅游服务和培训课程的教育机构保持联系。

 

15、Maintain current information and records of suppliers of training resources and materials

更新培训资源和资料供应商的信息和记录。

 

16、Delivers briefings of all internal programmes to executive management and department heads

为行政管理层和部门领导提供所有内部培训计划的介绍。


17、Contributes towards regional activities as directed by Regional Director of Human Resources / General Manager

按照地区人力资源总监和总经理的指示为本地区的工作效力。


18、Provides input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions to Line Managers in line with company guidelines

为按照公司的指导方针进行的正式的员工绩效考核和鉴定提供建议。


19、Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance

向员工提供工作指导、咨询,必要时对其进行批评处分,并提供建设性反馈意见以便提高工作绩效

 

20、Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations

定期与员工交流思想,保持良好的员工关系。

 

21、Works with Superior  in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget

和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算

 

Required Skills

技能要求

1、 Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

2、 Corporate certification in training programs may be required such as 360 Feedback Certification, GTC Registered Assessor, and Certified Assessment Center Assessor designations, etc.

3、 Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

4、 Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
