1.确保文件的有效保管和跟进。
  To maintain an effective filling and tracing system for the department
2.时时跟进新客户资料。
  To maintain and update database for the department including accounts regularly
3.按政策在规定时间内迅速回复客人要求。
  To answer and respond promptly to all correspondence and inquiry from customer and prospect within the time limit set according to policy & procedure.
4.以专业有效友好的发式与客人进行电话交流。　
  Handle telephone communication in an effective, professional and friendly manner
5.处理个人及团队入住，带领客人进行酒店参观。　　
  Handle walk-in inquiries, group check-in/check-out and hotel inspections 
6.及时处理有关价格，团队住宿，报价和确认。　　
  Handle all enquiries relating to rates, group bookings, quotations and confirmation promptly
7.为销售人员准备好相关报价书，确认书等文件。 
  To prepare rooms and events quotations, confirmation and group profile on behalf of Sales Managers
8.在客人到店前，和预订部及餐饮部协调好相关活动事宜，确保一切按客人要求置办妥当。 
  To coordinate closely with reservation and F&B on groups/event to ensure everything is prepare according to guest requirement before guest arrival to the Hotel
9.对所有文件资料做到每日跟进和及时更新。
  To update Group Status Report for all out open files and conduct necessary follow ups with clients and other departments on a daily basis on behalf of Sales Managers.
10.按销售经理要求协助相关活动。
   Coordinates and arrange activities accorded by Sales Manager
11.在销售经理的指导下，约见客户。
   Arrange appointments and meetings with customers and other department as an directed by superior/Managers
12.翻译及传阅会议笔记。
   Take Minutes of Meeting, accurately transcribe and circulates to appropriate recipients
