- 认真抓好班组的日常建设，加强员工思想教育，关心员工思想动态。
- 积极协助主管处置当班时发生的各类刑事案件、治安案件及其它突发事件。当自身能力无法判断和处理时，必须向上级报告。
- 对当班时段内发现的问题应积极采取应对措施，并立即通知有关部门进行整改、维修，对重大隐患要狠抓不放，并及时上报。
- 对工程部维修或遇外来施工单位动用明火作业的，应督促其按酒店规定填写《动用明火申请表》并按照动火级数进行逐级审批许可后，方可作业。
- 检查所属部下仪容、仪表是否符合公司规定。
- 合理安排岗位，注重调动班组内员工的工作积极性及工作责任感。
- 检查各岗位人员的在岗工作情况，对不符规定的现象要及时指正并将情况如实记录。
- 遇有重要接待任务或重大宴会时，合理调配保安人员，配合主管人只能做好安全防范。
- 当班结束时，应将当班情况向接班的领班交代清楚。
 
- Conduct your team establishment and concern employees’ thoughts.
- Assist supervisor to handle criminal cases, public security cases and other emergency cases occurred in hotel. When you cannot deal with it, must report to superior.
- Take measures for found problems on duty. Should promptly inform related department to improve and maintain problems when finding them. Enhance management of key hidden troubles and report promptly.
- When Engineering department or other extra builder need use electric welding for repairing & maintaining hotel equipments and facilities, supervise them to fill in “Electric Welding Application Form” and allow them use electric welding after they have provide approval of “Electric Welding Application Form”.
- Check subordination grooming in accordance with hotel policy.
- Properly arrange positions and pay attention to mobilize employees’ work activity and responsibility.
- Check duty security guards work circs. Point out their terrible behavior which breach of hotel discipline policy and record it faithfully.
- Properly arrange security guards and conduct security prevention when meets grand reception tasks and grand events.
- When duty off, should hand over intraday affairs to next team.
