Qualification 职位要求
Ideally with a bachelor degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or Tourism Management
拥有市场营销、酒店管理或旅游管理的学士学位
Minimum 3 years working experience in marketing function (working experience in hospitality industry is preferred)
至少3年在市场营销岗位的工作经验（拥有酒店从业经验者优先）
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills
优秀的问题处理能力、组织策划能力及人际交往能力，拥有较强的逻辑思维能力
Proficient in English speaking and business writing
精通英语口语表达及商务写作
Good command of Adobe Illustrator is preferred
熟练使用Adobe Illustrator者优先考虑
Experience in social media management & digital marketing is a plus
拥有社交媒体及线上营销经验者优先考虑

Core Responsibilities 主要职责
Assist the pre-opening preparation of new properties in Wuhan & Yichang
协助武汉及宜昌新项目的开业筹备工作，并有效开展该地区的市场营销工作
Develop practical marketing plan and work on revenue-driven e-marketing opportunities
制定有效可行的市场推广计划，并推进方案的执行
Take lead marketing activities in the cities to enhance brand awareness
全面负责当地营销活动以促进品牌形象的提升
Assist corporate office in rolling out branding programs
协助总部及区域办公室推出品牌项目
Actively involve & assist with city-level residents’ events
积极协助当地城市级住客活动的推进
Work closely with local bureaus and international chambers
与本地商会维持良好的合作关系
Provide marketing supports to operation team and ensure proper brand exposure
与运营部门相互配合，确保品牌形象的积极传播
Negotiate partnership to provide value-added service to in-house residents
与周边商家洽谈合作，为住客提供增值服务
Provide all sales channels with professional and effective tools
为销售渠道提供专业高效的资料
Ensure properties are following all corporate marketing guidelines

Ensure property images and information exposed are consistent and positive
