·      确保酒店最基本的品牌标准都被贯彻执行。
Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented.
·      对于客户调查结果做出回应并落实相应的改善措施。
Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit (LRA) and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
·      以支持和灵活的态度与其他凯悦员工紧密合作，着眼于整个酒店的成功和酒店客人的满意度。
Work closely with other associates in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
·      检查进入的食品，确保所有食品均符合定单和接收记录。
Checks incoming food products and ensures that all food merchandise is in accordance with order sheets and receiving records
·      协助所有准备工作和用品。
Coordinates all mise-en-place and supplies. 
·      协助密切监测各要求，及时定购食品，且保证数量适用。
Assists to monitor closely the requirements and order the food items at the right time and in the right quantity for the intended use.
·      检查食物制备、烹调、定量和装饰的方法，保证食品按规定方式制备。
Observes methods of food preparation and cooking, sizes of portions, and garnishing of foods to ensure food is prepared in prescribed manner.
·      检查餐饮的先进先出程序。
Oversees FIFO (first in/first out) process with Food & Beverage
·      制订和实施厨房及所有宾客服务员的卫生标准。
Establishes and enforces sanitation standards for the kitchen and all Hosts.
·      熟悉所有咖啡、茶、啤酒、葡萄酒和白酒的相关知识，能为客人提供优质的饮料服务。
Be Familiar with all coffee, tea, beer, wine and distilled spirits knowledge and be capable to provide excellent beverage service to guests.
·      与销售部门协调，追踪会议定单中预定的餐饮需求和会议厅。确保提供另设计者和宾客满意的服务。
Coordinates with Sales Department and follow up the Food request and meeting room setup in BEO. Makes sure Hosts to provide satisfied service to meeting planners and meeting guests.
·      与供应商或承包商协调，确保对所有厨房设备进行日常维护和每月进行深度清洁。
Coordinates with suppliers or contractors to ensures the daily maintenance and monthly deep cleaning of all kitchen equipments
·      每天准备员工食堂的食物。
Prepare foods for Employee Restaurants on daily basis
·      通过每天正确管理食品和饮料库存，控制食品成本，以及全职员工和临时工的工资成本。
Control food costs through the proper management of food and drink inventories on daily basis and payroll expenses for both full time employees and part time casuals. 
·      协助完成餐饮相关的其它运营任务。
Assist in all other operational tasks related to the food and beverage operation.
