岗位职责：Job Duties：
 
执行并且确保所有的日常维修、维护保养工作都高效率地进行，以确保投诉降到最低值。To carry out and ensure daily repair, pre-maintenance work order in an efficient manner that negative comments are minimized.
 
所有木制家具的油漆、墙纸以及吊顶都处于最佳状态。All wooden furniture painting, wall paper and ceilings has always to be in perfect condition.
 
记录日常材料的消耗。计算日常修理或工作单的完成情况。To record daily consumption of materials.  To account the daily or job orders.
 
建筑、修理、和维护保养：Construct, repair and maintenance of:
 
酒店区域包括公共区域、客房、厨房、餐厅、精品店、花园以及后部区域的泥工和装饰工作。All kinds of masonry, decoration work in the hotel including P.A., guest room, kitchen, restaurant, shop, garden and back of the house area.
 
所有的大理石、瓷砖、地板、星盆、厨房以及餐厅大理石。All of the marble, tile, floor, basin table, kitchen and restaurant marble.
 
所有的吊顶、墙壁、地板以及综合建筑与装修等。All of the ceiling, wall, floor and joint of the construction and decoration etc.
 
执行所有的维修程序。Execute all maintenance programs.
 
所有家具油漆、墙纸和吊顶的修理工作。All kinds of necessary repair of all furniture painting, wall paper and ceilings.
 
尽快完成工作单或其它分派的任务。To finished W.O. A.S.A.P. and special tasks.
 
常规的检查和修理，并向装饰主管汇报。Routine check and repair, and report to Supervisor.
 
完成其它可能被指派的任务。Perform other duties may be assigned.
