职位描述

Main responsibilities主要职责

1.      Provide prompt, efficient and courteous services to guests, members and visitors

向客人、会员和来访者提供及时、高效和礼貌的服务。

2.      Maintain Health Center facilities according to set standards of order and cleanliness

按照既定次序和清洁标准来维护健身俱乐部设施。

3.      Report repairs and maintenance problems to supervisor

向主管汇报维修和保养问题。

4.      Familiarize yourself with facilities, activities, equipment, services and other pertinent information in order to provide guest with accurate information

熟悉酒店的设施、活动、设备、服务和其它相关情况,以便向客人提供准确信息。

5.      Be knowledgeable about all hotel facilities in order to promote and sell them to guests

熟知酒店所有设施,以便向客人进行推销。

6.      Ensure guests amenities, towels, linen and other guests needs have ample supply

确保充分供应客人的用品、毛巾、布草等。

7.      Follow hotel procedures in relation to pool towel issue and retrieval

遵守酒店关于泳池毛巾的发放和回收的工作程序。

8.      Liaise with inter-facing departments such as Laundry, Housekeeping and Engineering to provide great service

与关联部门,如洗衣房、客房部和工程部进行沟通,以向客人提供上乘服务。

9.      Conduct activities and services for guest, members and registered children while giving proper instruction and safety reminders

为客人、会员和已登记的儿童开展活动与服务,对其做相关说明并提醒其注意安全。

10.    Abide by rules and regulations and policies and procedures of hotel

遵守酒店的各项规章制度、政策和工作程序。

11.    Apply correct charges to guests and visitors where applicable for use of pool and gym, and post to room bill in accordance with procedure 

就游泳池、健身房的使用向客人和来访者正确收费,并按照工作程序将费用计入房间账单。

12.    Attend scheduled training

参加排定的培训活动。

13.    Participate actively in employee activities

积极参加员工活动。

14.    Adhere to specified hygiene and personal appearance standards

遵守规定的卫生和个人仪容标准。

15.    Participate in activities concerning protection of environment

参加与环保相关的活动。

16.    Ensure only qualified persons such as in-house guests, members and guests who paid the entrance fee are allowed to use

确保只允许符合资格的人员使用相关设施,如住店客人、会员和交付入场费的客人

17.    Oversees the daily movement of guest activities and be able to resolve any guest complaints and to establish an amicable relationship with guests, clients and customers of the Hotel.

观察客人的日常行为和活动,消除客人的不满并且同客人以及饭店的客户建立起友好关系。

18.    Through close supervision, recommends improvement in Health Center operation, especially in the aspects of developing better service standards, increasing revenue and reducing costs.

通过细致入微的管理改善健身中心的运作,特别是提高服务标准,以使健身中心增加收入、减少损失。

19.    Keep the good relationship and communication with each Members & Guests that to achieve the goal of Health center Membership Development.

与会员和客人之间建立良好的沟通和关系来达到健身中心会员发展的目的。

20.    To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties or job functions as required by Management from time to time.

要始终服从并负责酒店管理层根据工作需要分配的工作或其它职责。

21.    Knows the safety regulations and ensures their application.

了解安全规定,并且确保实施。

22.    Keeps the workplace clean and tidy.

保证工作场所干净整齐。

23.    Ensures the safety of people and property in the hotel.

确保人员和酒店财产的安全。

24.    Respects and ensures respect of the hotel's commitments to the "Environment Charter" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc.).

尊重并确保酒店对环保章程的承诺(节约能源、重复使用、垃圾分类等)

25.    Ensure all staff are well trained on All Emergency situations and are prepared for Any Fire evacuations.

确保所有员工受到紧急情况处理程序的培训并对火警疏散做好准备

26.    All staff will ensure the safety and security of all Guests and fellow associates in order to provide a proper safe working area.

所有员工要确保客人和同事的安全以提供一个安全的工作区域

27.    Log and report all security incidents and accidents in accordance to Hotel requirements.

按饭店要求记录、汇报安全事故

28.    All Staff are trained to be aware of security measures in order to protect Hotel’s property and equipment at all times.

为保护饭店财产和设备所有员工都要受到得保安措施的培训

29.    Ensure all areas of the Fitness Center are well maintained to avoid any safety concerns for both Guests and Associates.

确保健身中心区域被很好地维护并避免对客人和员工会造成隐患的安全问题

30.    Carries out other tasks as directed by supervisor

完成上级交代的其他任务。


Education / Professional experience学历/专业经验

1.      High School Education.高中学历。

2.      1 years Health Center experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity. 

最好拥有在相似规模酒店1年健身中心工作经验。

3.      Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;完全代表酒店、品牌和公司,与顾客、员工和第三方交往的能力。

4.      Good writing skills.具有良好写作技能。

5.      Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.熟练使用微软办公软件。
