岗位职责Job Duties：

1. 确保进入酒店的任何货物均妥为订购，并符合规范（数量和质量）To ensure that any goods coming into the hotel have been properly ordered and met the specification (in quantity and quality).
2. 确保酒店内收到的所有货物均已入账，并有凭证证明。To ensure that all goods received in the hotel are accounted for and supported.
3. 以有效的方式履行其职责。To discharge his/her duties in an effective and efficient manner.
4. 确保酒店收到的所有货物均有有效的酒店订购单妥善证明。To ensure that all goods received in the Hotel are properly supported by valid hotel purchase orders.
5. 在收货之前，协调相关部门主管检查所收到货物的质量和数量。To examine both quality and quantity of goods received in coordination with related Department Heads before accepting delivery.
6. 确保货物在收到后，即时移至仓库或相关部门。To ensure that goods are promptly moved to Stores or the concerned department once received.
7. 确保发出的货物均妥为记录，并妥为入账。To ensure that outgoing goods are properly documented and accounted for.
8. 与采购专员一起密切监控所有未交付的货物或部分交付的货物。To closely monitor with the Purchasing Officer all pending or partial deliveries.
9. 负责按要求编制收货记录和收货报表。To be responsible for recording and distributing reports as required.
10. 当被更高管理层指定履行任何其它职责时，应随时准备好并负责履行该等职责。
  To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management.
