职位描述

Main responsibilities主要职责                                                

1.      Assist the Concierge Supervisor in controlling and directing the section within the framework as defined in the organization chart. Responsible and accountable for achieving and maintaining the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction, having a positive attitude towards work be self-disciplined and self-motivated.

协助礼宾主管管理所负责区域的正常运转。负责保持高标准的服务和赢得客人最大的满意,对工作有积极的态度,有自我约束力和工作主动性。

2.      Be concerned with staff discipline and performance in relation to all staff within the section.

管理所负责区域所有员工的纪律和日常行为。

3.      Supervise and delegate duties to all staff within the section and prepare their working schedules as required.

负责管理岗位员工,并安排岗位的工作班次和时间。

4.      Ensure that every matter in the logbook is followed up.

确保交班本上记录的每一件事情都已经落实。

5.      Accepts luggage and parcels for safekeeping and ensure that at all times it is recorded properly.

确保所接收的行李和包裹的安全,并存放在合适的地方。

6.      Pre-check all group rooming lists for arrival and departure.

事先检查所有抵达和离店团队的分房名单。

7.      Ensure that all staff and sub-ordinates within the section are using the training given.

 确保所有的员工将所接受的培训运用在实际工作中。

8.      Use your supervisory skills to encourage and motivate staff at all times.

运用你的管理技巧鼓励和激发员工的工作积极性。

9.      Assists/ensures that no guest waits longer than 5 minutes for his/her luggage to be sent or collected to and from guest’s room.

要保证每一位客人等待送行李或者收行李的时间不超过5分钟。

10.    Determines work schedule of the Bell service personnel, records attendance and accomplishments of Concierge personnel and endorses unfinished duties to incoming shift in appropriate logbooks.

记录员工考勤和工作表现。在交班本上记录未完成的工作交给下一个班次。

11.    Maintain and control the use of storeroom, ensures the cleaning and see to it that proper procedures are followed in receiving, storing and issuing of baggage and any other items as may be left behind by guests.

管理行李房,确保行李房的清洁和卫生,接收、存放行李和其他任何物品以及客人的遗留物品的处理要按照正确的程序进行。

12.    Responsible for the cleaning of the trolleys and the storage room, Assign a Bell Person to be responsible for this task.

要负责保持行李车和行李房干净。分配一名行李员负责此项工作。

13.    Ensure all the Bellboy at their respective position so that no areas are left unmanned at all times.要确保行李员在各自的岗位上,不能出现空岗的现象。

14.    Assist and cooperate with security department when necessary. Make sure all cars parked in order include VIP and fixed parking.

15.    在需要的情况下,协助和配合安保部的工作。确保酒店门前车辆按秩序停放,确保VIP车位,保证固定车位。

16.    Responsible for adhering to the Rules and Regulations of hotel as set down in the Staff Handbook.遵守饭店的店规店纪和员工手册。

17.    Assist supervisor to maintain and manage all facilities and materials.

协助管理部门所有设施设备和物资进行维护保养和管理。

18.    Provide general information to guests in a good and helpful manner.

礼貌周到地为客人提供日常信息服务。

19.    Identify ways of increasing the hotel’s overall profitability within the section.

在本职岗位,通过各种途径和努力以增加整个饭店的收益。

20.    To understand, be supportive, encourage and help all colleagues as required from time to time.理解、支持、鼓励和帮助所有的同事。

21.    Maintain good working relationship with all colleagues within the section and Department

as a whole.同岗位和部门所有的同事保持良好的工作关系,团结如同一个整体。

22.    Report directly to the Concierge Supervisor.

直接向礼宾主管汇报工作。

23.    Take responsible and get ready for when assigned to perform in an emergency or difficult situation as required by Management from time to time.

要服从管理层的安排和分配到出现困难或者突发事件而需要帮助的岗位工作。

                                                               

  Education / Professional experience学历/专业经验                        

1.      College education, major in Hospitality or Tourism management or other related majors.

大专以上学历,服务专业或旅游管理专业;

2.      2 years and above Concierge operation and manage experiences.

2年或以上礼宾部门运作及管理经验;

3.      College English level, familiar with Opera or Fidelio system, be good at Microsoft Office.

大学英语,擅长Opera 或 Fidelio 的操作,应用Microsoft Office 软件;

4.      Enthusiasm in work, carefulness

积极敬业,工作认真细致;

5.      Good communication and coordination ability, and good team spirit.

具备较强的沟通,协调能力及团队合作精神。
