 Main responsibilities 主要职责
1.Prepares a selection of rolls and breads.
制作各式面包。
2.Prepares a selection of specialty items.
制作各种特色食品。
3.Prepares a selection of bread art.
制作各种面点。
4.Requisition supply items as needed from storerooms; assist in receiving items and taking inventory.
向库房申请所需的用品；协助接收物品和盘存的工作。
5.Set up work station as required to include mis en place, tools, equipment and supplies.
必要时整理布置工作台，包括摆设，工具，设备和用品。
6.Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, safety and health standards. Inspect the sanitation, operation and cleanliness of all tools, equipment and supplies, including ovens.  Alert management of potentially serious issues.  
保持卫生，清洁，安全和健康标准。检查所有工具，设备和包括烤箱在内的用品的卫生，运行和清洁情况。就有可能发生的严重问题提醒管理层。
7.Clean and/or break down work station and complete closing duties including transporting dirty pots to the potwash station, sterilizing and cleaning cutting boards and work tables, and preparing station for the next day’s activities.   
清洁和拆卸工作台并完成收尾工作，包括将脏的器具送到清洗站，消毒和清洁案板和工作台，为第二天的工作做好准备。
8.Maintains personal hygiene 
保持个人卫生。

Job requirements 岗位要求
1.Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Pastry & Baking or food preparations or related field.
糕点烘烤或食品加工或相关专业的大专学历或职业证书。
2.2 years related experience or formal training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2年相关工作经历或与正式培训，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
3.Problem solving and training abilities.
解决问题和培训的能力。
