厨师长工作职责：

1- 监督和检查厨房卫生，对食品来源，出品，制作等进行监督和检查，确保日期和标签管理工作；

2- 工作区域内的设施和人员的安全及防止事故的发生；及时上报和处理突发事件；建立厨房各项制度，确保厨房工作的正常运转，包括设备和人员；

3- 每日的交班会，根据工作需要合理分派工作任务，员工排班管理，并每日抽查监督；

4- 监管对内员工工作表现，出现违纪违规情况当及时汇报上级；

5- 确保与其它部门保持良好的合作团队关系；

6- 定期检查采购订单，每月市场调查材料价格行情及部门需求；

7- 控制成本预算合理消耗，避免浪费；

8- 岗位人员的基础培训，本职内技术培训及评估总结；

9- 独立制作各种厨房报表，定期参加相关例会；

10- 结合市场需求不定期研发新产品，制作相关目录及中英文翻译；

11- 每月1号前需把上月考勤表，全员打卡记录，盘点表，蛋糕破损表，餐具破损表，原材料报损表及加班统计申请表至公司各相关部门。

12- 员工节假日上班，请病假事假年假需填报公司OA同步至各部负责人。

岗位任职条件：

1、有较强的事业心，热爱本职工作，工作认真负责。

2、熟悉西厨房生产流程，掌握较全面的西点制作技术。

3、有一定的组织管理能力和一定的专业英语基础。

4、具有5年以上西点经验或同岗位2年以上长工作经历。

5、身体健康，精力充沛，有高档五星酒店或西点蓝带专修人才优先特聘。

6，工作地点是在通州土桥。
