Major Responsibilities 主要职责：

Taking responsibility for the wine standard of all F&B outlets.
负责餐饮部所有部门酒水标准。
Develop all beverage promotional materials by working closely with department heads.

与部门主管密切合作，开发所有酒水类宣传材料。
Deal with guest complaints in a timely manner and update restaurant manager where appropriate provide courteous, efficient and professional service at all times.

及时处理客人投诉并向餐厅经理汇报，始终向客人提供适当贴心、有效、专业的服务。
To proactively assist the Food & Beverage Management Team to develop, implement and execute the wine program, including ordering, purchasing, storage and inventory, etc.
积极协助餐饮部管理团队发展，实施并执行相关的酒水项目，包括采购，储存和库存管理等。

Job Specification 职位要求:

Minimum of 3 year experience in a similar position.

至少3年同职位工作经验。

Course of study with Wine Associations (e.g.) American Sommelier Association, Court of Master Sommeliers, Wine & Spirit Education Trust or its equivalent relevant working experience.

参加葡萄酒管理协会课程：例如：美国侍酒师协会，世界侍酒大师协会，葡萄酒与烈酒基金会；或拥有同级别工作经验。

Oral fluency in Chinese & English.

中英文口语流畅。
