1. Extra working hours will be as required to ensure system reliability.

5. Ensure all hotel system password be record and hand in to Director of Finance can not amend any password without Director of Finance approval.
对所有系统密码进行登记并上交给财务总监备份并不能随意更改。
6. Responsible for hotel system upgrade. Ensure the PC spare parts quality of hotel computer.
负责控制酒店电脑配件的质量。
7. Assist in the training and mentoring of new staffs.  Strives to develop new procedures that reduce workload and stress.
参与培训新员工，尽力运用新的方法以缓轻工作中的压力。
8. Ensure computer virus information alert be distributed to all Department users and keep the network safety all the time.
及时向各使用电脑部门发布电脑病毒信息，防止病毒扩散，保证系统的安全。
9. Assist in the processing of data and correcting errors as required.
协助进行数据的处理并纠正系统错误。
10. Ensure all in-house guests’ Internet requests are solved promptly.
解决客人在酒店内上网时出现的问题。
11. Ensure computer virus information be distributed to EDP manager timely.
及时发现电脑病毒信息并向电脑房经理汇报。
12. Ensure frequently spot check is held to all users adhere to rules of hotel, any prohibitive programmes will be cancelled promptly.
严格按照酒店规定不定期检查所有用户电脑，一旦发现有违禁程序必须立即删除。
13. Follow all hotel EDP operating procedures. Ensure all procedures are adhered to
