    岗位职责/职位描述

     

    §  Fully embraces and articulates Hyatt People Philosophy guidelines – walking the talk

    §  Conducting regular departmental meetings ensuring all meetings are well planned, efficient and results oriented.

    进行定期的部门会议,确保所有会议计划完善,有效且以结果为导向。

    §  Attends and contributes to all meetings as required.

    积极参与所有要求参加的会议。

    §  Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to rules and regulations established in the Collective Labour Agreement, Employee Handbook and the hotels policies concerning Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety and Emergency situation

    了解雇员立法和劳资关系,严格遵循员工手册的规章准则、酒店雇用政策、卫生政策和健康安全政策。

    §  Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting. complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.

    以礼貌和有效的方式处理客人和员工要求,如果不能及时解决,报告投诉或者问题,同时反馈迅速跟进。

    §  Take an active involvement in the Welfare, Safety, Development and well being of employees providing advice, counselling and truthful, diplomatic feedback.

    积极参与员工的福利,安全和发展,提供建设性的,真实的和熟练的反馈。

    §  To comply with local legislation and be conversant and act in accordance with any legal issues relating to your department.

    遵照当地法规,熟悉并执行部门相关法律事项。

    §  To ensure rosters are posted and timesheets submitted on time.

    确保及时提交排班和考勤。

    §  Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

    保持积极的客人和同事关系。

    §  Exercise responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel management team and Hyatt International.

    总是实施负责的管理和行为,积极地代表酒店管理团队和凯悦国际。

    §  To ensure that all employees are treated fairly and consistently as outlined in their terms and conditions of employment, local legislation, and company/hotel polices and procedures

    确保所有员工按照雇用条件,当地法规和酒店规章制度得到公平和始终如一的对待。

    §  To attend training sessions when required.

    参加要求的培训。

    §  To report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times

    准时报到,穿着正确的制服并佩戴正确的名牌。

     

    §  Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

    §  To provide a friendly, courteous, professional service and ensure guests satisfaction at all times.

    §  Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to rules & regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health & safety.

    §  To ensure that all employees attend the training sessions when required.

    确保所有员工参加要求的培训。

    §  To ensure that all employees report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name badges at all time.

    确保所有员工准时报到,穿着正确的制服并佩戴正确的名牌。

    §  To ensure that all employees maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department’s grooming standard.

    确保所有员工保持高标准的个人仪表和卫生,依照酒店和部门仪容仪表的标准。

    §  To ensure that all employees provide a friendly, courteous, professional service and ensure guests satisfaction at all times.

    确保所有员工始终如一的提供礼貌而专业的服务。

    §  To actively cross-sell other Food & Beverage outlets.

    积极地交叉销售其他餐厅的餐饮。

    §  To assist in carrying out quarterly, Bi-yearly, yearly inventory of operating equipment

    协助执行季度,半年,年度运营设备盘点

    §  Respond to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the hotel, industry & company.

    承担合理的工作职责和第二职责,并根据酒店、工业和公司的需要做相应的调整。
