Main Functions  主要职责
To assist the System Manager in maintaining the hotel’s various automation system.  
协助系统经理维护酒店各种自动化管理系统

Specific Duties  详细职责
1.To monitor on a continuous basis the storage, backup, performance and proper functioning of but not limited to, the following areas:监测存储备份计划，适当管理以下系统（不仅限于下列系统）

-Safekeeping of all information storage devices and media such as diskettes, tapes, CD.
-保管存储设备和媒介，比如，磁带，CD

-Fidelio FO, Sales & catering system.
-FIDELIO 前台，销售管理系统

-Micros Point of Sales System
-MICROS 餐厅管理系统

-PABX and FCS Call Accounting System
-PABX和FCS电话计费系统

-Novell Network System
-NOVELL 网络操作系统

-PC based user application and hardware
-运行于PC上的用户程序和硬件设备

-Sun Accounting System
-SUN财务系统

-Vingcard Key System
-VINGCARD酒店门锁系统

-Marsha Dial-up System
-MARSHA拨号连接系统

-Shiji Personnel and Payroll System
-石基人力资源管理系统

-Other systems and software to be installed
-其他准备安装的系统以及软件

2.To extend full support to users of the above computer systems and provide effective solutions to computer related problem in coordination and as guided by the System Manager.
听从系统经理的安排，为使用电脑系统的用户提供有效的，与电脑相关的问题的解决方案。

3.To coordinate the timely repairs and return to service of any faulty systems and/or equipment.
及时调整，送修有问题的系统和配件。

4.To refresh from time to time the implementation of established emergency procedures to continue hotel operations in the event of system failure.
定期更新完成系统紧急处理程序，来保证在系统瘫痪情况下的酒店运作。

5.To assist System Manager in formulating, from time to time, new policies and procedures that can continuous improve the support functions of System Department and the security of the computer system.
协助系统经理定期更新发布新的政策，程序，帮助提高电脑房的工作效率，并提高系统的安全性。

6.To assist in the training of all system users in the effective use of systems.
协助培训系统用户更有效的使用系统。

7.To ensure that preventive maintenances of software and equipment are carried out timely and effectively.
定期检查酒店维护的软件已经硬件，确保没有被私自携带出酒店。

8.To ensure the work area is free from all hazards including but not limited to unauthorized entries, fire, pollutions, theft etc.
确保工作区域安全，不受非法进入，火灾，辐射，盗窃等的威胁
	
9.Others 其他

a.To respond to the changes in department functions as dictated by the industry, the company or the hotel.
按照业主、公司或酒店发出的指令对部门职能的改变进行相应的调整。    

b.To provide courteous and professional service and to maintain good working relationships with all hotel associates.
与酒店所有员工维持良好的工作关系并提供礼貌且专业的服务。

c.To have a complete understanding of the hotel associate handbook and to adhere to the regulations contained therein.
对酒店员工手册有完全的理解，并遵守其中所包含的所有章程。

d.To have a complete understanding of the hotel policies relating to fire, safety and hygiene.
对酒店的火灾、安全和卫生方面的相关政策有完全的理解。

e.To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
 服从任何其他职责范围内的调派。
