招聘楼层主管 Floor Supervisor_上海虹桥康得思酒店招聘信息-最佳东方

主要职责：

1. 管理客房服务员的工作

2. 与客房部协调员沟通联络以便对任何一个客人通过总机提出的新要求作相关回应

3. 通过客人历史档案，根据宾客的个人喜好在客房摆放特殊的用品

4. 代表客人和其他部门联络，确保他们的要求都被执行以期得到客人的满意

5. 保持工作间的整洁

6. 通过电话或者维修工程记录来报告设备保养

7. 承担每日宾客房间检查，常住客人的房间以及非自查服务员所做房间的检查，以及自查服务员所做的房间的抽查

8. 及时向客房部协调员报告事故和损坏情况，并且确保及时填写相关记录

9. 在需要的时候向客人解释和促销酒店的设施和服务

10. 确保所有同事按照仪容仪表和工作制服的相关标准工作

11. 承担楼层万能钥匙在可控情况下使用的责任，并且定时抽查

12. 在工作区域内遵守相关健康和安全的工作须知

13. 遵守所有酒店规章制度，确保所有的工作都与品牌的标准和质量保证为标准线

14. 关心宾客和关爱同事从而营造积极地工作环境

15. 执行任何管理层委托的工作
