1. Knowledge and correct handling of the different types of linen.
熟悉并能正确处理各种不同的布草。
Ensure proper use of equipment and chemicals.
确保正确使用设备和化学剂。
2. Report any faults of equipment to the Senior Laundry enthusiast immediately.
立即向洗衣房主管汇报有关设备故障的问题。
3. Handle guest items with utmost care, to avoid damages, shrinkage, lost buttons etc.
细心处理客人衣物,尽量避免损坏、缩水、丢失纽扣等。
4. Answer guest calls and handle guest requests in a friendly, efficient manner.
用友好的、有效的态度回答客人电话、处理客人要求。
5. Collect guest laundry when requested, ensuring correct room-number is noted. Inspect all items and note any damages, discolor etc before and after cleaning. Report to the Senior laundry enthusiast if you don’t know the material of the clothes.
在有要求时收集客人衣物,确保准确记录客人房号。洗衣前后检查所有项目并记录损坏、褪色等,对自己不熟悉的衣料要及时汇报给主管不能擅自处理。
6. Package and deliver guest laundry to correct guestrooms.
包装并把客人衣物送到正确的房间。
7. Deliver high quality service to guests.
向客人提供优质服务。
8. Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.
确保客人需求和合理要求被满足。
9. Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs.
坚持酒店的清洁和养护程序。
10. Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in the work area.
保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁。
11. Abide by the Hotel’s Policies and Procedures, Hilton Code of Business Conduct and the hotel’s enthusiast Handbook.
遵守酒店的工作政策及程序,遵守希尔顿的商业行为规范以及员工手册中的条款。
12. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.
坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。
