1.        Be responsible, and take serious with the work.  Stick to the guidelines, policies, always be fair to everything.  Be bold and honest.  Keep being alert to the improper things and be brave to fight with the crime and rule breakers.

3.        Keep learning the security service art.  Grasp the security service skills.  When on duty, all the security guards should be full of energy and have a good mental condition, and be ready to handle the troubles at any time.
努力钻研保安服务的业务知识，掌握酒店保安的服务技巧，当值时要保持旺盛的斗志和良好的精神状 态，做到“召之即来、来之能战、战之能胜”。
4.         Follow the instructions and arrangements from leadership.  Be familiar with your own position duty.  Make sure you can complete your own safety responsibility, so that to keep the hotel safe.
服从上司的指令和工作安排，熟悉本部门岗位的任务与要求，认真贯彻执行安全岗位责任制，做好本 职工作，确保酒店安全。
5.        Be familiar with all the security spots in the hotel, take good care of the communication and other security facilities. skillfully operate all fire control equipment.
熟悉岗位的分布，爱护通讯器材和岗位上的各种设施, 熟练使用各种消防设施和器材。
6.         Patrol around the hotel, and settle the cases happened in your area.  Inquire and monitor the suspected person and case politely.
在酒店范围内外巡查，果断处置本岗位发生的问题，发现可疑的人和事要礼貌进行盘查监控。
7.         Assist departments related to importance VIP guests and secure big conference.  Patrol the hotel Enthusiasts assembly points, and prevent gambling, fighting and stealing.
协助有关部门保卫重要宾客进出酒店及做好大型会议的保卫工作。巡视酒店的员工聚集地点，制止赌 博、打斗及偷窃客人财物情况发生。
8.        Check the key spots and cashier area several times a day.  If any problem, report immediately.
经常对要害部位和储存大量钱物的场所进行安全检查，发现问题及时提出。
9.         Obey the hotel P&P, especially the security P&P.  Follow the shift exchange procedure.  When on duty, must not leave your duty place, must not make personal telephone calls, and must not break the rules.
严格遵守酒店各项规章制度，特别是安全保卫制度，执行交接班制度。上岗时做到不串岗、脱岗、不 打私人电话，不做违纪的事情。
10.    Be polite to the guests，show courtesy and answer guests’ questions warmly.  If any conflict, you should not quarrel. If hard to handle, report to Senior Security Enthusiast or Lead Safe & Security Enthusiast immediately, MOD, or senior management.
在服务中礼貌待客，正确运用敬语，热情解答客人提出的问题。在发生矛盾时要得理让人，不争吵， 难以解决时要立即上报部门主管和经理。
11.    Stop the rule-breaker in time.  If the situation is serious or the enthusiast does not take the advice, you should record the information, and raise it to the ead enthusiast related and the Lead Safe&Security Enthusiast.  Pay attention to get the information of hotel enthusiast and guests, and prevent unsafe factors.
发现员工违纪要立即制止，情节严重和不听劝阻者，将该人情况记录下来，及时将情况通报其所在 部门经理和安全保障经理。注意了解酒店内人员和宾客的情况，做好预防工作。
12.    Follow the rest schedule strictly and have a good living routine.
严格执行作息制度，遵守一日生活秩序。
13.    Do more exercises and learn more knowledge.  Continue to develop yourself.  And raise your duty ability. 
加强体育锻炼和文化学习，不断提高自身素质，增强执勤能力。
14.    Clean the dormitory, and put all the stuff in order.
认真做好室内外卫生，做到物品的放置整齐、清洁有序。
15.    Follow the ask-for-leave policy strictly.  It is not allowed to leave without a reasonable reason.
严格执行请销假制度，无特殊情况不得请假。
16.    Offer necessary service to guest.
为客人提供帮助和服务。
17.    Record problems during patrolling and report, examine and monitor with polite once find suspicious personnel and articles.
详细记录巡查过程中发现的问题，上报处理，发现可疑人员和事物要礼貌地进行盘查、监控。
18.    Be familiar with the locations of hotel fire facilities and equipments and their operation.
熟悉酒店消防设施、设备的位置、操作及使用方法。
19.    Strictly carry out shift hand over regulation, cherish position facilities, make detailed record of work needs to follow up.
爱护岗位物品，严格落实交接班制度，对未完成和需跟进的工作要详细记录。
20.    Be familiar with current first aid and fire emergency procedures.
熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施。
21.    Comply with Canopy chengdu city center enthusiasts Handbook and Hotel policies and procedures.
