 Job Summary:

 岗位职责要求:

 

  1. 1. 给予每一位客人最热情的问候并不断地寻求机会发展对客服务。为所有SPG俱乐部会员和VIP客人提供优质高效率的服务。帮助客人确保他们从入住到离店的入住期间得到最好的照顾。和其他相关部门协调提供好客人的需求。

  2. To provide the warmest greeting to each guest and seek opportunities to continually improve guest service. To provide personalized and prompt service to all SPG and VIP guests from arrival to departure. Assist guests to ensure that they receive utmost care during their stay.  Coordinates with all concerned departments to fulfill guest needs.

  3. 2. 为酒店VIP客人提供专属的Ambassador 服务,使得客人得到最优质的服务、最好的照顾、以及独特的入住体验。

  4. To provide the Ambassador service for VIP guests from arrival to departure. To provide personalized and prompt service to VIP guests. Assist guests to ensure that they receive utmost care during their stay.

  5. 3. 建立良好的宾客关系赢得客人的忠实感;

  6. Establishes relationships with guests to delight and gain loyalty;

  7. 4.   采取合适的行动解决客人的投诉;

  8. Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints;

  9. 5.  VIP客人预抵、抵达、入住至离店加强品牌的标准和程序;

  10. Enforces all brand standards and procedures from VIP guests, pre-arrival, to their arrival, during their stay till their departure;

  11. 6. 主动解决客人的要求并且追踪有关部门确保客人的要求得到满足;

  12. Take personalresponsibility for guest requests, follows up with  

  13.  relevant department toensure the request has been acted;

    7. 熟悉酒店周边环境,如本市的餐饮购物等相关信息;

  14. To have a sound knowledge of the local environment such as restaurants and shopping areas within the city.

  15. 8. 具有资深贴身管家经验,且熟悉餐饮服务流程;

  16. Experience of Senior Butler also familiar with Food & Beverage service process.

  17. 9. 熟悉贵宾,SPG俱乐部会员、常客以及长住客人。建立良好关系并提供个性化和超值服务;

  18. Identify VIP, SPG member, regular and long staying guest, develop rapport to offer personalized service and assistance;

  19. 10.  向上级报告酒店在营业中存在的不足与缺陷;

  20. Report to management on deficiencies and irregularities noted in the operation;

  21. 11. 根据酒店运营需要,在部门的安排下,随时参与酒店各运营部门的服务工作。

  22. According to the operation needs,assist in operation department service under arrangement.

  23. 12. 掌握运营部门相应知识并且十分熟悉接待服务类日常运行;

  24. Full knowledge of hotel operation & hospitality industry;

  25. 13. 出现在大堂并使其始终保持干净, 整洁;

  26. Ensures Lobby presence is maintained and lobby is kept neat, cleaned and maintained at all times;

  27. 14. 维持有效的对客关系,建立和谐的气氛并提供个性化的服务和帮助。收集客人邮箱地址,建议客人收到总部发的客人意见调查表后帮助填写。

  28. Maintain effective guest relations, builds rapport and offer personalized service and assistance. Collect guest email address, ask for guest help to fill out the GSI survey when they receive it from Head Office.

  29. 15. 负责Ambassador 服务团队的培训;

  30. Assist in Ambassador Service Team training;
