岗位职责：
Job Description:
在餐饮厨艺总监的管理下，按照已设定的政策和程序和餐饮部的要求，监督并指导所有管事部的营运。
Under the Supervision of the Director of Culinary, within the limits of established policies, procedure, F&B criteria, oversee and direct all the stewarding operation.

•监督所有不同工作岗位上的管事工作。
Supervise the entire steward in their different work location.
•监督管理清洁，消毒，卫生方面的工作。
Supervise cleanliness, sanitation, hygiene.

负责保持并注意所有营运设备的使用，如瓷器，玻璃器，餐具，锅子和餐饮部后台相区域的清理工作。
Responsible for maintenance and care of all operating equipment such as china, glassware, flatware, hollowware as well as the cleanliness of the F&B back of house related areas.

专业知识技能：
Job Knowledge / Skill:

1.保持破损记录和成本记录。
Maintain breakage reports with costs.
2.要按照健康与安全的标准来注意正确的储存方法和化学品的使用。确保所有管事都可正确一致的使用和存放物品。
Awareness of Health & Safety Standards regarding the correct storage and use of chemicals. Ensure correct use and storage of same by Stewards.
3.与已确定的承包商计划并监督对虫害的控制。
Plan, schedule and monitor pest control through approved contractors.
4.在清洁过程中保持节能。
Implement energy conserving in cleaning procedures.

教育：
Education:
至少高中毕业。
Minimum requirements-High school graduate.

经验：
Experience:
至少5年的相关工作经验。
Minimum 5 years working experience.

其它技能要求：
Additional Skill required:
1.很强的领导质量，并有能力培训和指导员工。
Strong leadership qualities with ability to train and direct associates.
2.很好的交流技能和激励员工的技能。
Good communication and motivation skill.
