岗位职责/职位描述
岗位职能：

Assist to make the budget of training department, and supervise the department carry out training work according to budget.
1. 协助制定培训部的预算，并督促部门依据预算开展培训工作。
To launch a variety of hotel training team activities, for all trainers to build positive training atmosphere and consciousness (such as: trainer meeting, training member activities, training stuff out promotional activities, etc.)
2. 推出各种有利于酒店培训团队的活动，为全体培训员营造积极的培训氛围和意识（如：培训员会议、培训员活动、培训员外出拓展活动等）。
Establishment and development of hotel training member of the mechanism and system. To ensure that the trainer has to assist training department or independent operation department on-the-job training, give employees provide on-the-job training opportunities, and to further ensure that the guest service consciousness and check-in experience.
3. 建立和发展酒店培训员的机制和系统。确保酒店培训员具备协助培训部或独立操作部门在岗培训，给部门员工提供在岗培训机会，进一步保证对客服务意识和入住体验。
To provide all kinds of learning and training opportunities for the hotel staff, effectively will further training to each employee itself, through a series of training, including new staff induction training, OBA, BMG, CTC, GTC, MTD, ALDP related courses, ensure employees in every character has a corresponding training courses give support. To improve staff into the hotel culture speed, maintain good customer service consciousness, to improve the satisfaction of hotel guest experience, find the development and the growth space.
4. 为酒店员工提供各类学习和培训机会，有效地将培训深入到每个员工本身，通过一系列的培训，包括新入职员工培训、OBA、BMG、CTC、GTC、MTD、ALDP等相关课程，保证员工在每个角色都有相应的培训课程给予支持。以此提高员工融入酒店文化速度、保持出色的对客服务意识、提升客人住店体验的满意度、找到自己发展和成长的空间。

5. 为新员工提供酒店新入职培训，让新员工在最短的时间内了解酒店或公司的文化、标准、政策规定、流程、员工福利待遇、员工培训机会等信息。

岗位要求：

Human resources professional bachelor or above degree or equivalent qualifications, Above 3 years related working experience. With management experience is preferred. Have a professional human resources is preferred. All human resource matters need to secrecy. Need to master the local language. Also could use other language priority.
人力资源专业学士及以上学历或同等资历，3年以上相关工作经验。具有管理经验者优先考虑。具有专业人力资源职称者优先考虑。需对所有人力资源事务进行保密。必须掌握本地语言。能同时使用其它语言者优先。
