岗位职责：

1.Set up meeting rooms acoording the group calendar,organize manpower if need with HR

2.Check the rooms daily to see if the cleaning crew has come,make mouthly appointment with the house-keeping manager,check as well the a/c and heater unit,make appointment with the Maintenance if need

3.Planned the team-building activities with the Chief of Sports

4.Plan ahead the organnization of the technician team

5.Room set up;Video-projector,screens,tables,chairs,pencil,paper pads,cables adaptors and microphone;follow up with the client's needs for the projection

6.Manage the groups packages deliveries and reyurns

1.提前做好会议安排，并根据客户需求布置会场，如果需要兼职人员提前与人力资源部进行沟通

2.查询每日团队欲抵客人的房态，以确保房间卫生已经清扫。和客房部进行每月工作总结；同时确保房间设施的正常使用，如有问题需要提前与工程部沟通协调

3.与运动部门一起计划安排团队建设活动

4.提前组织技术人员

5.准备好会场、音响设备、投影仪、桌椅、纸笔、插线板和麦克风；跟进客户对投影的需求

6.安排团队客人行李和回程

岗位要求：

1.Diploma or Degree:in design or audio-visual managing(if possible)

2.Job experience:1 year

3.Skills requested:physically fit basic knowledge of projector,sounds system and lighting

4.Technical skills:Word,Excel,Powerpoint

5.Languages:English(the basic) ,Mandarin or Cantonese

6.Behavior:Pioneer,Multicultural spirit,Kindness,Freedom,Responsible,Team player,Organizer,Efficiency

1.大专以上学历，设计或音控相关专业优先

2.至少一年的相关工作经验

3.身体健康，基本了解、会使用音响灯光系统

4.能够熟练操作电脑办公软件

5.良好的英文能力，普通话标准（会粤语者优先）

6.具有多元文化，有团队协作能力，有组织能力，有工作效率等
