岗位职责：

1.负责热情、友好、彬彬有礼地欢迎/欢送抵店/离店客人协助抵店/离店的客人装/卸行李；

2.帮助客人预先安排度假村用车；

3.为到达及离开机场的客人帮助安排行李、交通及机场相关事宜；

4.与其它度假村的机场代表、机场柜台、机场领导合伙或建立良好的工作关系；

5.代表度假村向抵店的预订客人以及其他客人介绍饭店产品。

岗位要求：

1.了解三亚及周边地区各类相关信息，了解酒店行业以及前厅部基本知识；

2.具有良好的沟通技巧，中文普通话标准，口齿清晰；

3.具有四、五星级酒店对客服务岗位工作经验者优先考虑。

4.性别要求：男性优先。
