Review arrival lists for all arrivals and allocate all rooms accordingly. Follow up with other departments regarding amenities and room set-up.

Appraise appearance, discipline and efficiency of all team members under direct supervision and initiate immediate remedial action if necessary

Assists in preparing efficient work schedule for Guest Experience Team Members, arranging holidays and vacation, taking into consideration project occupancy and forecasts and any large group movements, especially those with early or late arrivals or departures

 When on night shift, checks night report, prepare the morning report and prepare all necessary forms for the guest arrival
