岗位职责
Responsibility
1.制定并完善酒店各项培训管理制度。
Formulate and improve the hotel's training management system.
2.协助上级进行全酒店各部门日常培训需求分析。
Assist superiors to analyze the daily training needs of all departments of the hotel.
3.负责新员工的入职培训工作。外请人员来店培训的服务工作。
Responsible for new employee orientation. The service work of inviting personnel to the store for training.
4.负责全酒店员工的公共外语、行业素质意识及酒店规章制度培训。
Responsible for the training of public foreign language, industry quality awareness and hotel rules and regulations for all hotel staff.
5.收取各部门季度、月度培训计划、初审工作。
Collected quarterly and monthly training plans and preliminary reviews of each department.
6.协助上级培训各部门业务培训负责人培训技巧和知识。
Assisted superiors in training the skills and knowledge of business training leaders of each department.
7.编辑最新酒店业管理和信息资料,向各部门和全体员工推荐公布。
Edit the latest hotel management and information materials, and recommend and publish them to all departments and employees.
岗位要求
Position Requirements
1.本科以上学历,有相同岗位工作经验3年以上。
Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of working experience in the same position.
2.具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
Good communication and coordination skills.
3.具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。
Have strong comprehensive writing ability and oral expression ability.
4.能按照酒店经营发展对人才的需要,制订酒店总体培训规划和实施计划。
Can formulate the overall training plan and implementation plan according to the needs of hotel operation and development for talents.
5.具备教育学、心理学以及酒店管理理论知识。
Have theoretical knowledge of education, psychology and hotel management.
6.熟悉员工的规律、特点和岗位培训工作程序。
Familiar with the rules, characteristics and procedures of staff training.
