岗位职责
1.起草酒店综合性的业务报告、计划、总结、决议简报及本部门的公文函件。
2.参加行政例会，做好会议记录，了解各项决定、决议的贯彻情况。
3.汇总各类报表，做好酒店大事记和外事活动日志。
4.做好日常接待、来信来访等有关事宜。
5.负责总经理的日常电话接转。
6.审检对外发文、对内行文。

岗位要求
1、本科同等学历。具有秘书工作经验2年。
2、掌握酒店经营管理一般知识，熟悉酒店秘书工作和行政管理知识。
3、掌握应用文撰写方法，懂得接待礼仪、礼节。
4、了解旅游法规及有关经济法规和政策，熟悉外事纪律
5、能处理一般的文件、函电和资料，具有较好的协调、接待工作能力。
6、有较好的文字组织能力，能撰写各类应用文稿及计划、总结、报告等。
