岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
- 熟悉本部门设备基本情况，了解每种设备的使用方法，安全操作规程和维护保养规程。
   Have a clear knowledge of the departmental equipment, usage of every device and procedures of operation and maintenance work.
- 组织、督导员工认真学习设备使用操作规程，经常检查员工的执行情况，坚决制止违章操作。
   Organize and supervise staff to learn the operation standards. No violation of standard operation is permitted.
- 组织、督导员工搞好设备的日常维护保养工作，保持设备完好。
   Arrange and supervise the daily maintenance work.
- 积极配合执行轮班工作的要求。
   Must be willing to perform shift work.
- 按照维修工作的需求制订每天，每周和每月工作分配计划。落实维修情况直到达标。
   To make daily, weekly and monthly work assignment as regards to repairs and preventive maintenance and to follow through until work is completed in a satisfactory manner.

岗位要求/Job Requirements
- 高中以上学历，5年以上国际知名酒店工程管理经验；
   Senior high schooldegree or above, have 5 years work experience in international hotels;
- 两年以上在职暖通空调主管工作及稳健的工作履历；
   At least 2 years as Mechanical supervisor or above and work experience stably;
- 具有扎实的给暖通、空调、排水设备的维修保养经验，并通过相关职业认证证件；
   Strong skill in Air conditioner,Plumbing and Laundry Equipment maintenance;
- 良好的学习能力及语言表达能力；
   Good learning and communication skills;
- 懂电脑操作

Be able to use computer.
