岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
- 管理销售团队日常运作，确保所有销售部同事根据规定和标准进行日常工作。参与分析市场形势，制定销售战略战术和价格。
   Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Sales Team ensuring all sales associates are carrying out their duties according to the set guidelines and standards. Participate in analyzing the market situation, planning of strategies and tactics and the set up of pricing.
- 带领销售团队维护管理客户，拓展新客户；监督管理销售团队的销售拜访计划。
    Manages sales team to maintain and manages production of current accounts and development new business. Ensure all enquires are handled by the reactive sales team promptly and efficiently.
- 与客人建立友好关系，并且取得客人的评价；定期拜访和宴请所有重要客。
   Meet with key customers to build relationship. Visit and entertain all key accounts regularly.
- 管理销售行政工作，包括销售目标制定，奖励机制等。
   Serve as hotels authority on sales processes andsales contracts.
- 全权负责销售工作程序及销售合同。
   Act as sales contact for General Manager,property leaders, and cluster sales leaders and customer.
- 负责选拔、发展及管理销售团队。
   Responsible for select, develop and manage sales staff.

岗位要求/Job Requirements
- 卓越的销售技巧，充分理解销售程序；

   Excellent selling skills and understanding of sales processes;
- 市场营销或相关专业学士及以上学历或同等学历，3 年及以上年服务业或酒店业市场营销和直接管理销售团队的工作经验，或其他同等学历与工作经验;
   Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field, and above 3 years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience；
- 良好的英语和普通话的书写和交流能力；
   Proficiency in written and spoken English with and Mandarin.
