岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
- 在客户销售的各个方面监控服务交付的标准，例如电话销售、查询处理、周转响应和跟进。
   To monitor the standards of service delivery in all aspects of customer sales e.g. phone sales, inquiry handling, turnaround response and follow-through.
- 积极执行与在线代理的利率平价政策，以避免客户在第三方网站或门户网站上找到“更好的交易”。
   To actively enforce the policy of rate parity with online agencies to avoid clients finding “better deals” in 3rd party web sites or web portals.
- 协助监控和管理所有分销系统的房间可用性，以最大限度地增加销售机会。
   To assist in monitoring and managing room availability across all distribution systems to maximize sales opportunities.
- 协助推动客户销售人员抓住每一个机会，将订单转化为销售。
   To assist in driving the Customer Sales staff to take every opportunity to up-sell and convert bookings into sales.
- 定期检查从系统和工具中生成的员工生产力报告，如ACD、PMS、语音记录器等，以确保客户销售操作正确有效地运行。

To regularly go through staff productivity reports generated from systems and tools deployed e.g. ACD, PMS, Voice Logger etc to make sure the Customer Sales operations are properly and efficiently run.
- 积极地参考客户销售及相关手册及操作手册，建立全面的知识库以供培训使用。
To actively refer to the Customer Sales and related Manuals as well as SOPs to build up a comprehensive knowledge base for training purpose.

岗位要求/Job Requirements
- 2年或以上在酒店运营或呼叫中心运营的主管职位。
   2 years or more supervisor position in hotel operations or Call Centre operations.
- 大学学历
   College graduate.
- 良好的中英文读写能力。
   Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.

   Pleasant, well-modulated speaking voice.
