岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
- 协助礼宾司管理所负责区域的正常运转。
   Assists the Chief Concierge in controlling and directing the section within the framework as defined in the organization chart.
- 关注本单位员工的纪律和行为表现并帮助员工提高技能。
Be concerned with staff discipline and staff performance and help to develop skills for all staff within the section.
- 确定礼宾部员工的工作计划和安排，记录员工考勤和工作完成情况。在交班本上记录未完成的工作交给下一个班次进行跟进和处理。
   Determines work schedule of the Concierge colleagues, records attendance and accomplishments of Concierge colleagues and endorses unfinished duties to incoming shift in appropriate logbooks.
- 督导员工的日常工作-在酒店的门口问候客人、帮助客人提行李、引领客人进房、日常活动信息的发布、交通安排工作等。
   Monitors, that the Concierge colleauges are engaged in their daily duties – greeting of guests at entrance, carrying baggage, rooming of guests, daily directory postings, transfer arrangements.
- 在员工当中发挥良好的领导能力，引导员工在酒店的工作中取得事业的发展和进步。
   Identify and develop leadership qualities among colleagues in order to guide them towards a path of career enrichment with our hotel.

岗位要求/Job Requirements
- 拥有2年礼宾部工作经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
    2 years experience in concierge or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 英文流利和本国语言。
    Fluent in the national language, English.
- 出色的沟通技巧
    Excellent Skill in communicating with debtors;
- 具备较强的宾客服务意识和专业技能
    Good guests service sense and professional skills.
