岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
-   注重质量，严格把好食品制作质量关。
    Ensure all food quality, and make quality of good points strictly.
- 检查本部门员工仪容仪表及个人卫生。
    Inspect the grooming and personal hygiene of departmental staff.
- 每月设计推出新产品、成本控制。
   Design new products and cost control every month.
- 提出食品新品种及推销方案报厨师长审定。
   Create the new variety of products and marketing plan reported to the head chef for approval.
- 根据员工特点搞好技术指导和业务培训。
   Provide technical guidance and business training according to employee skills.
-  完成厨师长交派的其他工作。
   Finish other tasks assigned by Sous Chefs.

岗位要求/Job Requirements
- 有中厨房相关工作经验。；
   Have the related Chinese Kitchen working experience;
- 品服务许可或当地政府规定的有效的卫生或健康上岗证。
   Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government.
