岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
- 对各部门电脑进行数据操作，并指导员工进行操作，包括前台操作系统，收款系统和财务后台系统。
   Operating Department’s computer according to specified instruction for various data processing purposes and provides supervision to staff. Include the PMS, POS and Finance System.
- 确保所需操作的数据，检查及更正任何错误。
   To ensure processing of data as required, check and correct any errors.
- 观察与报告电脑系统任何缺陷和错误。
   To report on any deficiencies or breakdowns of the computer.
- 提供员工操作各部门电脑所需培训。
   To provide staff training in the operating of Department’s computer and reports on the progress of performance.
- 提供即时的参考咨询以及时解决问题。
   To provide immediate reference whenever required and resolve effectively problems referred.
- 执行电脑部经理分配的任务。
   To carry out related jobs assigned by IT Manager.
- 在IT经理休假期间代替其相应工作。
   To take on the major responsibilities during IT manager absence.

岗位要求/Job Requirements
- 至少两年以上国际酒店相关工作经验。
   Min. 2 years related working experience in international hotels.
- 精通微软操作系统，办公软件、SQL数据库，Hyper-V虚拟技术及网络技能。
   Proficient in the use of Microsoft windows System, Office, SQL, Hyper-V, Network Skill.
- 良好的沟通,英文说写能力。
   Good Communication, English speaking and writing skill.
- 能承受工作压力并保持积极的工作态度。
   Positive attitude under pressure.
