岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
- 采取横向销售管理体系以争取最大利润。
   Apply and improve yield management for maximum profitability.
- 管理预定队伍并激发员工创立最佳业绩，帮助员工提高职责范围内的工作技能。
   Manage reservation team and motivate staff for best performance and help to develop skills for all staff within the section.
- 监督和领导预订员工提供最有效率和令客人满意的服务。
   Supervise and lead reservation staff in providing the most efficient and pleasant services.
- 详细并准确的处理所有预订。
   Handle all bookings with details and accuracy.
- 与前台部紧密合作，确保客人享受到最周到的服务。
   Work with Front Office closely to make sure clients are served with detailed attention.
- 更新促销活动并通过正确的电话销售技巧训练来得到客户。
   Keep updating all sales promotional programs and well get clients informed by proper training of telephone selling skills.
- 要不断的提高对客服务水平，确保赢得客人最大程度的满意。
   Monitor guest service personnel constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guest satisfaction is being achieved through guest recognition and prompt cordial attention.
- 管理预订的确认,在收到预订24小时内，要通过书信、电传、传真的形式进行预订确认。
   Supervise the confirmation of Hotel Reservations via letter/telex/fax within 24 hours of receipt.

岗位要求/Job Requirements
-   2年或以上在酒店运营或呼叫中心运营的工作经历；
    2 years or more experience in hotel operations or Call Centre operations；
-   大学学历；
    College graduate；
-   良好的中英文读写能力；
    Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language;
-   令人愉悦且节奏适合的声音。
    Pleasant, well-modulated speaking voice.
