代表酒店参与国内外各项销售活动，同时与现存客户和潜在客户保持经常联系,安排每日走访的客户，以期在客房及餐饮上为酒店寻求更多的业务，在拜访客户时，经常使用Cross Selling” 和 Upsell等销售技巧，保持与潜在客户的联系沟通以期将来使其成为酒店真正的客户。                                                                                                                 Represents the hotel and participate in domestic and international sales activities，Constant customer contact directed towards existing customers and potential customers and  To conduct daily sales visit to assigned accounts to solicit business for the hotel for both rooms and food & beverage through effective client account management.To always practices “Cross Selling” and Up sell in accordance with corporate and department guidelines during sales calls.Entertain to build rapport with potential customers and to obtain future leads for the Hotel.
 
及时处理有关价格，团队住宿，报价和确认，为销售人员准备好相关报价书，确认书等文件。确保所有客户信息的时时更新，包括数据信息的更新，产品跟踪，客户动向。
Handle all enquiries relating to rates, group bookings, quotations and confirmation promptly，to prepare rooms and events quotations, confirmation and group profile on behalf of Sales Managers and To upkeep of updated record of all sales activities for each accounts (including updated database, production tracking, trends and movement of each accounts).
