岗位职责/职位描述

 1. Oversees the Sales & Marketing Department and works with the Excom in achieving the hotel’s market positioning and revenue goals. Provides support and advice to the General Manager in strategic planning and overall business goals relating to Sales & Marketing issues of the brand and the hotel. Protects and guards corporate standards, brand integrity and Hotel image.

2. Provides a professional, advisory and executive support to the General Manager in meeting strategic goals.

3. Participates in the development and implementation of policies and procedure for the department and hotel.

4. Plans and develops annual budget, marketing strategies and promotion plans with General Manager based on hotel and corporate guidelines.

5. To set and meet hotel objectives, sales target and budgeted revenues.

6.Development and implement hotel’s Sales and Marketing plans.

7. Establishes pricing strategies and sales targets for the hotel.

8. Constant review and update pricing strategy on all distribution channels to maximize revenue for the hotel.

9. To recommend solutions and strategies to further improve sales performance for the hotel.

10. Monitor and evaluates competitive set performance, market trend and implement marketing strategies initiatives.

11. Constant review and monitor sales account and online activities.

12. Identify market needs and develop product accordingly.

13. Monitor monthly outlook/forecast for rooms and catering.

14. Conduct Sales visit together with Sales Team.

15.Conduct Overseas Sales Trips and Trade Shows to target market.

16. Conduct weekly sales and revenue meeting to review & evaluate on hotel performance, pricing grid, sales strategies and distribution strategies methods to increase business for the hotel with maximum results.

17. Conduct quarterly sales performance meeting to review on sales personnel performance.

18. To participate in weekly MARCOM meeting to review and brainstorm on PR activities, F&B and rooms promotions for the hotel, to ensure high awareness of the hotel in both local and international media.

19. Attend Department Head Daily Briefing and Operations Meeting.

20. Liaises with Corporate office to ensure execution and smooth flow through of all Sales & Marketing initiatives.
