职位描述
岗位职责:

Specific Role & Responsibilities:
Build you own credibility and confidence as a successful Assistant Manager in TD team, focus on deliver recurring programme and provide field support to K11 Art Mall performance, general job roles and responsibilities are listed below:


1. Training and Learning Processes Management:
• Act as K11 Cultural Ambassador - leverage and promote K11 culture and initiatives, including the Artisanal Movement and K11 VMV.
• Programme Development - apply blueprint and create, revamp, or develop learning programmes including update information due to changes in business processes, localize learning materials, and provide high quality content and layout design.
• Recurring Programme Delivery - conduct and facilitate existing mall training & talent developing programmes, ensure content is up to date and aligned with K11 academy requirements.
• Field Coaching - closely collaborate across operational departments and conduct field coaching with clear set of criteria, timelines, and measureable outcomes. Track effectiveness and develop follow up reports related to field coaching period as required.
• Support Art Mall Tenant Performance Enhancement - proactively collaborate with operational departments of Shanghai K11 to identify Art Mall tenants’ service performance gap according to K11 standards and provide training related programme or action to ensure overall K11 Art Mall is deliver service excellence.
• Programme Evaluation and Effectiveness Follow Up - provide regular feedback on Art Mall programmes and initiatives effectiveness to further identify training needs and improve existing programmes and initiatives when needed.

2. Logistics and Administration Support:
• Knowledge Capital Management - keep updated database and consolidate monthly report, brand book and calendar in an orderly and easily retrieved manner. Ensure accurate, correct documentation according to established templates.
• Administration management - keep overall administration consistency and suggest ideas to keep on improving overall department efficiency.
• Logistical Support - connect with stakeholders in communicating administrative and logistic arrangements to ensure high-standard venue environment by in-advance room booking, maintain proper venue condition before and after learning activities, and prepare materials as needed.

3. Other Responsibilities:
• Task Analysis - gather background and supplemental information as needed. Regularly attend necessary office gathering and mall briefing to ensure adequate knowledge and understanding to support supervisors when needed.
• Market Intelligence - proactively gain and share knowledge of competitor malls (brand, product and services) on a regular basis.
• Continuing Professional Development - update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and continuous self-improvement, maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
• Support other region’s training and talent development activities when needed
• Resolve any specific problems and tailor solution as necessary.
• Handle ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.


任职资格:

Qualifications and Requirements
RECRUITMENT INDICATORS:
• Previous experience in field coaching and frontline training delivery with sizeable and fast-changing organization (3 – 5 years), trendy or well-reputed customer experience brand will be an advance.
• Commercial awareness and understanding on Retail KPIs.
• Able to turn negative message into positive and motivational message.
• Proven track record of independent working and self-management to organize personal/training schedule.
• Personal image presentable, dress appropriately when station in Art Mall during field training and onsite coaching.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Comfortable seeking feedback and working in a challenging environment.
• Open-minded, positive, self-motivated and self-directed.
• Passionate and a good team player.
• Capable to work at other timeslots according to art mall opening hours (10am – 11pm) or over weekend based on business needs.
