Position Overview 岗位概述：
Familiar with the monitoring centre equipment operating procedures, inspection of the equipment required to do the work, strict adherence to rules, to cherish the operation monitoring device.
熟悉监控中心的设备操作程序，按要求做好设备的检查工作，严格遵守操作规程，爱护操作好监控设备。
The Role 岗位职责：
Able to handle some small equipment failure, record equipment operation status; immediately notify the relevant departments to handle if it could not be handled by LP department.
能够处理一些小的设备故障，做好工作情况、设备运转情况记录，如遇到不能处理的应立即通知相关部门前来处理。
The personnel on duty should have due diligence, a high level of safety responsibility, stick to a post. Careful observation of closed-circuit television screens, meticulous analysis, find the doubtful point, timely and relevant personnel, and timely investigate.

In need of view monitor, they must first obtain the consent to the Department Manager, to view the video (fill out the registration form)

The monitoring center is the hotel important posts of fire, burglar. 对电梯困人，监控中心值班员应迅速通知当班主管，值班经理，值班工程师，并对现场被困客人/员工进行安抚，并随时向当班主管提供情况，中班，夜班做好对客人进入房间位置的确认工作，如有异常应迅速通知保安进行现场确认，避免其他客人受打扰。

严格履行钥匙管理程序的规定，除正常借用清洁钥匙外，其他钥匙的借用应通知当班主管，在得到批准后，方可由借用钥匙人员填写相应表格，才能借用，对于封存钥匙的借用，应由申请部门经理与安保经理知道，得到安保经理批准后，方可借出，并认真做好封存钥匙登记，所有钥匙必须当日返还，如当班期间未返还，应做好交接，并让借用钥匙人员填写未返还钥匙说明原因。
