We’re recruiting G Host Manager to join our dynamic team! Based in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province you will have a unique opportunity to build a new and exciting career with a fast moving and fun loving team of passionate hoteliers!


Located in Nanshan District, Residence G Shenzhen is a Lifestyle 178 key property with well-appointed Hotel rooms and spacious apartments ranging from studio, 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom apartments. Complete with a range of facilities including a dynamic concept G Club with a trendy restaurant/bar and panoramic terrace and a unique floor EnerGy dedicated to sports and wellness facilities, Residence G is sure to appeal to businessmen and families alike.

Residences G and Hotels G belongs to the International hospitality group GCP Hospitality.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • a people person, outgoing with great communication skills

  • strongly service-minded and excellent in guest relations

  • experienced in guest complaint solving

  • you have experience of at least 2 years at an International five star lifestyle hotel as Front Office Manager

  • proven track record and a unique personality with‘out of the box mind-set 

  • excellent leadership

  • proficiency in spoken and written English is a major advantage

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

you will be responsible for Front Office operations, Guests

Relations, and Hotel car schedule

deliver the brand promise and work on your initiative

Enable Residence G young, pro-active and dynamic associates to provide high levels of Service

Implement Guest Recognition programs 

provide effective leadership 

lead life style Residence activities and go beyond guests expectations 

promote high guest satisfaction throughout the property deliver results, and strive to achieve other short- and long- term strategic goals
