•2 years Sales experience in an International branded Service Apartments

•Proven track record & a unique personality with ‘out of the box’ mind-set

•A positive, can-do attitude & goal achiever

•Proficiency in spoken and written English

•A peoples person, outgoing with great communication skills

YOU’RE GOOD AT:

•Turning requests into confirmed bookings

•Knowing Shenzhen Long Stay market & Guests’ expectations in China

•Meeting Financial objectives

•Prospecting new customers

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• bring new customers and retain them
• deliver the brand promise and work on your initiative
• provide effective sales skills
• lead sales activities and meet revenue objectives
• promote high guest satisfaction throughout the property
