职位描述

岗位职责:

• 按照酒店的标准协助行政管家计划和组织客房部所有公共区域、客房、制服房的工作。

To assist the Executive Housekeeper planning, organizing the overall public area, guest rooms, and uniform room operations as well as maintaining established standards according our resort.

•协助行政管家协调客房的工作，根据酒店的标准保持高质量。

To assist the Executive Housekeeper in coordinating the Housekeeping operations on Guest rooms, as well as to maintain high quality standard in accordance to Naked Standard.

• 领导和监督客房部三个部门的工作，监督工作是否分配及时，制定客房部日常工作规则和标准。

Directing and supervising the three sections, oversee that job assignments are done on time and guided by set housekeeping rules and regulations.

能力要求：

Specifications:

•大专本科毕业学历或同等以上。

College degree graduate or equivalent

•有3年以上星级客房管理工作经验。

3 years of experience in room management with the same star.

•熟悉客房部专业知识，熟练使用电脑.

Familiar with the expertise of the room department and skilled in using the computer.

•掌握熟悉客房管理、服务流程和质量标准。

Master familiarity with room management, service processes and quality standards

•具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。

Organizational coordination, resilience, management and writing skills and information management capabilities.
