工作职责RESPONSIBILITIES:

在当班时，检查和确保对客服务区域的设施设备在良好的工作状态；

Check and make sure all equipment in guest service areas are in a good condition when on duty.

检查设备运行时间，严格按照设备运行时间表进行巡查，确保设备运行时间的准确性；Inspect facilities and equipment work according to their work time and make sure they work under accurate schedule.

熟悉工程部重点设备的基本数据及重要机房的检查标准；

Familiar with data records of main facilities & equipment and machine rooms inspection standards.

安排协调各班组的日常维修工作，确保按时完成各项维修保养任务；

Arrange and coordinate ENG daily work. Make sure all the R&M work done properly.

处理酒店其他部门的投诉，接到投诉后应立即赶到现场查明问题原因并及时安排解决；Dealing with the engineering problems from other DEPT. Duty Engineer should response to the problems ASAP, and arrange Staff to solve the problems.

管理外单位的施工与维保项目，确保做好施工的现场管理；

Supervise the projects conducted by contractors and make sure the project area under good management.

?检查各区域节能状况及保护设备设施情况；

Review energy-saving and protection condition in all Hotel area.

认真做好交接班及值班记录。

Do handover to next shift on duty.

能力要求SPECIFICATIONS:

高中以上（中专以上）文化程度，身心健康，五年以上工作经验，身心健康、良好的书面和口头表达能力，很强的工作管理责任心及敬业精神，团队精神.

High school graduation or above; physical and psychological health; more than five years work experience; good communication skill; high sense of responsibility and team work.

同岗位2年以上工作经验。

2 years and above working experience in this position.
