工作职责 RESPONSIBILITIES:

负责酒店的日常招聘以及公开招聘活动，包括各部门招聘需求的统计、招聘文稿的草拟、招聘信息的发布，招聘活动的组织实施，以及寻找候选人的来源、筛选、初面、组织复面、录用。
Responsible for daily and open recruitment activity, including counting up departmental recruitment requirement, draft recruitment content, post recruitment info. Organize and carry out recruitment activity, as well as candidate sourcing, screening, conduct first interview and organized second interview till hiring.
协助建立人员招聘体系，根据人力资源需求，拟定招聘计划
Assist setting up recruitment system, make recruitment plan according to manning requirement
协助人力资源总监进行薪酬与福利体系的设计与管理
Assist Director of HR to design and manage C&B system
在招聘本地和外地/国外员工时遵守酒店相关程序
Adhere to the corresponding procedure when recruiting local, nonlocal and foreign employee
熟练应用多种渠道和工具，高效进行招聘工作
Be skillful at utilizing various channels and tools to proceed recruitment efficiently
与当地和周边人力资源市场以及院校保持有效沟通，以便人才的储备和输送
Keep good communication with local and neighboring labor market as well as schools/colleges for talent backup and sourcing
通过调转、晋升、降职、轮换等方式对人力资源进行动态的优化配置
Optimize manning dynamically through transferring, promotion, demotion, and rotation
