工作职责RESPONSIBILITIES:

监督所有培训的出勤记录；

Monitor attendance records of all training courses.

建立和维护员工的培训档案，并及时更新至人力资源系统；

Keep and maintaining employee’s training profile, update HR System accordingly in a timely manner.

根据计划安排和准备培训课程，确保培训顺利有效的进行；

Organize and prepare for training courses according to the plan, ensure training be delivered successfully and effectively.

协调新员工入职培训；

Coordinate Orientation Program for all newly hired employees.

收集各部门技能培训报告，编制人事月报中的培训部份；

Collect skills training reports all departments to compile the Training section of monthly HR Report.

设计并维护布告栏的培训版面；

Design and maintain the Training section of the Notice board.

协助准备组织员工活动；

Assist preparation and organizing employee activities.

完成培训经理安排的其它工作；

Performs other tasks as assigned by Training Manager.

能力要求SPECIFICATIONS:

大专以上学历，英语或酒店管理专业优先；

College degree above, English or Hotel Management majored is preferable.

优秀的英语读写能力；

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

较强的语言组织和表达能力；

Strong language ability – organizing and expression.

学习和协调能力强；

Strong learning and coordination capability.

性格开朗，上进主动；

Pleasant personality and self-motivated.

良好的电脑操作，掌握一定的文案技能；

Possesses good knowledge in computer and copywriting skills.

具备一定才艺者优先；

Posses certain talent is preferable.
