 工作职责RESPONSIBILITIES:

协助工程总监对工程部进行全面管理，保证部门的正常运转；
Assist DOE with his works in ENG daily work arrangement makes sure the Dpt. Running well.
计划对设备保持恰当的控制，保障所有热泵，热泵主机、冰箱，通风设备、风扇、风机盘管，制冷设备，厨房设备、配电间的有效运转；
Plan regular inspection for ENG all machines, equipment to make sure all of them are in good condition including elec. System, water supplier system, KIT equipment, Heat Pumps and laundry equipment
建立一套高标准有效的维修保养程序并执行。根据保养记录，在有必要时进行正确的维修，保持设备和系统处于有效的工作状态；
Build a high standard and effective R&M plan. Once any problem was found, make it right soon to make sure all the equipment are in good condition.
参加有关工程部维修的餐饮部会议，销售会议及有关音响服务的讨论会；
Attend meeting of ENG repair and sound equipment with other Departments such as F&B, B&D, and so on.
协助工程总监做好雇佣、培训和发展工程部全体员工；
Assist DOE to do the work of employing, training, promoting all Dpt. Staffs. 
据工程总监指示进行外联工作，外包工程的联系，工程质量跟踪检查；
Follow the instruction of DOE and cooperate with the contractors and supervise and follow up their work in Hotel.
完成工程总监安排的其他工作。
Complete all the other work assigned by DOE.

能力要求SPECIFICATIONS:

大专以上文化程度，有五年以上的值班工程师经验，身心健康，良好的书面和口头表达能力，很强的工作管理责任心及敬业精神，团队精神.
College graduation or above; physical and psychological health; have five years duty engineer work experience; good communication skill; high sense of responsibility and team work;
