主要工作职责RESPONSIBILITY:

机修和管道主管

Supervisor of Mechanical & Plumbing

在分管值班工程师领导和协助下，负责酒店冷热水供应，排水系统，污水处理，泳池清洁及水质处理，厨房设备，洗衣房设备，船舶，电瓶车的维修保养工作；

To be under the In charged Duty Engineer, responding for water supply both hot water and cold water, water drainage, sewage water treatment, swimming pool’s cleanliness & water treatment, buggies, boats and Laundry & kitchen equipment repair & maintenance。

资深夜班主管

Night Shift Supervisor

夜班主管的职责，在夜班当班时等同于值班工程师，要领导所有工程部的当值员工, 负责工程部的正常运行。

Responsibility of the Night Shift Supervisor is same as a Duty Engineer at night shift. To respond for ENG department’s all of normal operation.

装修维护主管

Decoration Maintenance Supervisor

全权负责所有公共建筑和客房二次装修及维护事务

Take full responsibility to conduct secondary maintenance for all of buildings like public areas & rooms

能力要求SPECIFICATIONS:

高中以上（中专以上）文化程度，身心健康，五年以上工作经验，身心健康、良好的书面和口头表达能力，很强的工作管理责任心及敬业精神，团队精神。

High school graduation or above; physical and psychological health; more than five years work experience; good communication skill; high sense of responsibility and team work.
