To keep A/C system (“Earth Source Heat Pumps” is hotel’s main system) well in good condition. Be involved in cooling system maintenance.

地源热泵是本酒店的主要空调及热水系统，保证空调系统正常、安全运行。在主管值班工程师的领导下，负责所有热泵空调，制冷设备的维护保养

负责酒店二次装修及维护事务

ELE & ELV Technician

在主管/值班工程师的领导和协助下，值班员工保证酒店电力正常供给，负责保证AV设施及所有强弱电设施设备的维修保养工作和正常运行, 能进行AV设备的简单操作

Under leading/Assisting of the Supervisor/DE, to make sure hotel electricity supply always in good condition, and responding the R&M for all of ELE & ELV facilities & equipment including the AV equipment on a good normal operation. Familiar for the AV equipment normal operation

泳池清洁及药剂管理技工

Pool clean & Chemical Technician

在主管的领导下，对酒店的各个泳池及水景进行日常清洁包括反冲洗，池水检验和药物投放工作

To be under Supervisor leading, to clean all swimming pools & Water features，and for the back wash too. To do the regular water testing and the chemical treatment

能力要求SPECIFICATIONS:

高中以上（中专以上）文化程度，身心健康，一年以上相关工作经验，有良好的管理能力，责任心敬业团队精神，良好的书面和口头表达能力。

High school or technical secondary school graduation or above; physical and psychological health; more than five years work experience; good communication skill; high sense of responsibility and team work
