主要工作职责RESPONSIBILITY:

协调所有相关部门和团队成员，确保客人的要求和期望得到正确处理

Coordinate with all relevant departments and team members daily to ensure that the guests’ requests and expectations are correctly handled.

协助主管完成整个物业服务的最高标准，确保完成客人的满意度。

Assist the Head Host in delivering the highest standards of service throughout the property ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

确保所有客人的喜好都能有效记录在客人的历史档案中。

Ensure all guest preferences are effectively recorded in the Guest History Profile.

负责并确保客人的投诉和评论及时处理，并及时处理。所有客人的投诉必须汇报至前厅部经理

Own all relevant service recoveries and ensure that guest complaints and comments areinvestigated and dealt with in a timely manner. All guest complaints must be brought to the attention of the FOM.

积极参与部门培训计划，确保所有的前厅部员工具备必要的技能，有效地完成他们的职责做好管家培训导师的角色。

Actively participate in the departmental training program to ensure that all Front Office team members possess the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively and efficiently. Fulfill the role of coach and mentor to senior Hosts and Hosts.

鼓励有效的跨部门沟通，以促进团队合作和积极上进的氛围。

Encourage efficient and effective inter-departmental communication to promote a climate of teamwork and motivation.

能力要求SPECIFICATION

三年以上宾客服务或酒店工作经验，并一年以上管理经验，或同等教育经验相结合

3 years of guest service / hotel experience with one year in a management cpacity,

or an equivalent combination of education and experience

根据运作的大小及复杂性，经验类型和等级可有稍许不同

Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity

of operation
